Wednesdays *

• 6:00 – 7:00 PM Introductory Level
  
  This small, gentle class is suitable for those with little or no Yoga experience or those who would like to learn the basics well with a lot of individual attention. Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Try one class ($16) before signing up for the series. Cost for intro-level series of 6 classes: $96, payable in advance or after one trial class.

* I will be on leave of absence from January 27 until I recovery from foot surgery. I anticipate that this will take about 2 months. I feel fortunate to have two excellent teachers covering my Wednesday classes during this period — Jill Braverman teaching the 6 PM class, and Evelyn Wong the 7:30 class. I anticipate that there will be no interruption of continuity, as both teachers styles are compatible with what we have been doing. It is important to me to maintain the classes for the benefit of the students and, of course, personally. Thank you for your understanding, continued interest and participation.

Individual Yoga Sessions by appointment. $75/hour

• Yoga Therapy and Rehabilitation, including Integrative Positional Release Therapy.
