Charles River Conservancy Sponsoring Free Yoga on the Charles.

Bring a mat and relax!

What:

Charles River Conservancy (CRC) will sponsor free yoga classes in a grassy area beside the Charles River in Cambridge. If you don't have a mat, come anyway — we have some. All ages and abilities are welcome. Unwind after a day at work or school – or wherever you’ve been! Stretch and relax and revitalize your body and mind. Enjoy this lovely urban park at sunset.

Participants should bring an ID (under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult), water, and a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for the class.

On the Memorial Drive side of the Charles in the grassy area opposite DeWolf St., just east of the Weeks Footbridge.
