DCR Sponsoring Free Yoga On The Esplanade

Bring a mat and relax!

What:

The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will sponsor free yoga lessons on the Charles River Esplanade on six consecutive Monday evenings in July and August. All ages and abilities are welcome. Unwind after a day at work or school – or wherever you’ve been! Stretch and relax and revitalize your body and mind. Enjoy this lovely urban park at sunset.

Participants should bring an ID (under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult), water, and a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for the class.
